AURYN and Fabbrica d’Armi Pietro Beretta have signed a strategic collaboration agreement aimed at supporting the development, integration and commercialization of next-generation technologies for modern land forces.
The agreement establishes a long-term framework for cooperation between the two companies, combining Beretta’s internationally recognized expertise in soldier systems and defence equipment with AURYN’s capabilities in autonomous systems, artificial intelligence, mission software and tactical unmanned technologies.

As armed forces continue to modernize their operational concepts, the role of the individual soldier is evolving rapidly. Future military effectiveness will increasingly depend on the integration of advanced technologies capable of extending situational awareness, improving decision-making, enhancing survivability and enabling new operational concepts at the tactical edge.

Within this context, AURYN and Beretta will collaborate on the exploration, development and evaluation of technologies and solutions supporting future soldier programs and the modernization of land forces.
Areas of cooperation include tactical drones, autonomous systems, AI-enabled mission technologies, force protection solutions, battlefield awareness tools and other emerging capabilities designed to support military personnel operating in complex and contested environments.

A key component of the agreement is the integration of selected AURYN products and technologies into the Beretta Defense Technologies portfolio. This inclusion will provide defence and government customers access to AURYN’s solutions through the Beretta Defense Technologies ecosystem, leveraging its established industrial presence, commercial network and international market reach.
The partnership also creates opportunities for joint product development activities, allowing both companies to combine complementary expertise in support of future operational requirements and evolving defence doctrines.

By bringing together advanced autonomous technologies, mission-focused software and decades of defence industry experience, AURYN and Beretta aim to contribute to the development of capabilities that will shape the future of land warfare and soldier modernization initiatives.
For AURYN, the agreement represents an important milestone in the company’s growth strategy and international positioning. The inclusion of its technologies within the Beretta Defense Technologies portfolio strengthens the company’s ability to support defence organizations worldwide while accelerating the adoption of innovative autonomous and mission-enabling capabilities.
Both companies share the conviction that the future battlefield will require seamless integration between personnel, unmanned systems, sensors and digital technologies. This collaboration represents a significant step toward delivering that vision.

Further details regarding joint initiatives, product developments and capability demonstrations will be announced as programmes progress.
