AURYN and Equipnor have signed a dual distribution agreement covering Norway and Sweden, establishing a strategic partnership aimed at expanding the availability of AURYN’s defence technologies across the Nordic region.
Through this agreement, Equipnor will serve as an authorized distribution partner for AURYN’s products and technologies, supporting engagement with government customers, armed forces and defence organizations in two of Europe’s most strategically significant defence markets.
The partnership reflects the growing demand for autonomous systems, mission-enabling technologies and next-generation defence capabilities throughout Northern Europe. As regional governments continue to strengthen defence investments and accelerate military modernization programmes, both companies recognize the importance of providing operationally relevant solutions tailored to evolving security requirements.
Under the agreement, Equipnor will support the promotion, distribution and customer engagement activities related to selected AURYN products and capabilities, leveraging its established relationships within the Nordic defence community and its extensive experience supporting military and government customers.
Norway and Sweden represent key markets for advanced defence technologies, particularly in areas such as tactical unmanned systems, force protection, situational awareness and capability development. The agreement positions both companies to respond more effectively to emerging opportunities while strengthening support for regional customers seeking innovative and reliable solutions.
For AURYN, the partnership represents another important step in the company’s international growth strategy and reinforces its commitment to building a strong network of trusted defence partners across Europe.
The agreement also reflects a shared understanding that modern military capabilities increasingly depend on the integration of autonomous systems, digital technologies and mission-focused solutions capable of supporting operational effectiveness in complex environments.
By combining AURYN’s technology portfolio with Equipnor’s regional expertise and market presence, the two companies aim to accelerate the adoption of advanced defence capabilities throughout the Nordic region and contribute to the continued modernization of European armed forces.
